2. Description of Service & Evolution
Current Version: Currently, BeadMapper is a web-based tool that allows users to create bead patterns and designs without requiring account registration. All designs created are stored locally on your device (browser cache/local storage). We do not currently store your user-generated content on our servers.
Future Features: We are constantly improving our Service. We reserve the right to introduce new features, including but not limited to user accounts, cloud storage, and public sharing galleries in the future. We may update these Terms to reflect such changes.
3. User Conduct and Content
You are solely responsible for the content you create using BeadMapper.
- Ownership: You retain full ownership of the designs and patterns you create.
⚠️ Risk of Data Loss
If, in the future, you choose to use features that allow you to upload or publish your designs to our servers (when available):
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
- You represent that you have the right to share such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site, including its code, design, logo, and interactive tools (excluding user-generated patterns), is the proprietary property of BeadMapper and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5. Third-Party Services
Our Service may use third-party tools (such as Google Analytics) to analyze traffic. We do not control these third parties, and their use is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
